Signs with light storage are common in our life, such as the exit signs and the toilet signs. And in some places, we even need large area of luminescence, which should rely on the help of self-illuminating tiles that are made of the inorganic light storage materials. In order to obtain better light storage and luminous effect, the existing inorganic light storage and self-illuminating wall and floor tiles generally include multi-layer structures, such as substrate, reflective layer, luminous layer and glaze layer. Although this structure can improve the light storage and luminous effect of the wall and floor tiles, it also causes the defects of cumbersome manufacturing process and high cost.
The invention provides the preparation method of the inorganic light storage and self-illuminating wall and floor tiles, which solves the defects of the luminous wall and floor tiles in the prior technology. Among them, the white bonding layer can make the color of the self-illuminating material not affected by the color of the substrate, and improve the light-emitting effect. And a fine particle layer and a coarse particle layer are respectively formed above and below the light-emitting layer. The upper part is mainly composed of fine particles. This structure can make the surface of the self-illuminating material more evenly distributed without coating the glaze, and it is not easy to scratch after sintering. The base material is made of clay. The white bonding layer is white glaze. The luminescent layer consists of 50% - 98% glass ceramics and 2% - 50% phosphors.
The first step is to prepare inorganic light storage materials. The glass-ceramic and fluorescent powder of the above ratio are added into the mixing tank. The stirring speed should not be lower than 600 rpm, and the stirring time should be between 30 minutes and 50 minutes.
The second step is to take the substrate. The semi-finished product is prepared by coating white glaze and inorganic self-illuminating materials from bottom to top.
The third step is to separate the coarse and fine particles in the luminescent layer. The upper and lower layers form fine particle layer and coarse particle layer respectively. Among them, the mesh number of upper particles is 150-300 mesh, and that of lower particles is 20-150 mesh.
The fourth step is to preheat the sintering furnace to 200 ℃.
Finally, the semi-finished products produced in the third step are put into the furnace for one-time sintering.
This invention provides the preparation technology of the inorganic light storage and self-illuminating wall and floor tiles, including a base material, a luminous layer made of the self-illuminating material, a fine particle layer, a coarse particle layer and a white binding layer formed by the luminous layer. On the one hand, the corresponding process is adopted in the light-emitting layer to make the fine particle layer on top, so as to improve the surface strength after sintering and form a wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant smooth surface. On the other hand, the luminous effect can be improved by setting a white adhesive layer.
