In 1994, Zhejiang one arrow reflective material Co., Ltd. Independent research and development, specializing in the production of police and civilian reflective materials.

In 1998, we took the national Torch Program of reflective materials to fill the gap in China. We have obtained 39 national patents and become new high-tech enterprises. The products extend to police, civil, road, maritime and other safety fields. The product has been certified by German TUV company, and has obtained CE EN471 certificate and passed ANSI/ISEA107-2004 standard. Products are exported to Europe and the United States, the Middle East, major Asian countries and regions, and occupy a considerable share of the global market.

In 1996, a wholly owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Yi Jian Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was established. It mainly produces pure aluminum plates, 3003, 3004, 5083, 5052, 6061, 496 aluminum alloy and mold aluminum, and has become a modern joint-stock enterprise. In 2003, LED semiconductor materials and Application Research Institute was established in Taiwan.

In 2005, Hangzhou Chuang Ying Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. was set up in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, which specializes in packaging high power LED. In 2009, in China, China Science and Technology Hardware City - Yongkang invested huge investment into a semiconductor lighting production base, the establishment of Zhejiang Shiming Optical Technology Co., Ltd., created the "shimming Li" brand. The company has 20 modern fully automatic lines, the introduction of the United States, Germany, Japan and other advanced international packaging production line, the application assembly line and product testing equipment.

In 2010, Zhejiang Shiming Optical Technology Co., Ltd. became a member of the national semiconductor lighting engineering research and development alliance. In 2010, Mr. Hu Zhining led the development of a successful multi-functional T10 fluorescent lamp, which can be compatible with most of the electronic rectifiers and inductance rectifiers in the global market. It provides convenience and safety for the world's energy-saving transformation and replacement of LED lamps and lanterns. In the same year, Mr. Hu Zhining led the development of LED street lamps in the overall lighting efficiency reached 126LM/W, far exceeding the national standard. These two technologies are in line with the world and have reached the leading level in China.IN

In2016，Academician expert workstation was founded,including 2 academicians of Chinese Academy of sciences and 48 R&D personnel.

In2018，The Inorganic Self-Luminous material was successfully developed and was announed by professor Xue on the National Science day.

Since 2003, Mr. Hu Zhining's enterprise has been appraised by the people's Government of Yongkang as "a hundred tax" enterprises, "high-tech enterprises", "bid enterprises" and "leading enterprises". For many years, the Bureau of industry and Commerce of Zhejiang province has been named "heavy contract and credit unit", and the Jinhua Central Branch of the people's Bank of China is "keeping bank credit enterprises".
